Experience from institutions where mistakes are not an option
The founder, Ștefan Rusu, holds a PhD in finance and AI (Summa Cum Laude), completed the INSEAD Innovation and AI programme, and delivered the prompt engineering training programme at the European Central Bank, where he trained more than 400 experts. Over 600 EU professionals have been through his programmes in total.
The training programmes were delivered during the founder’s time working at the European Central Bank. This does not necessarily constitute a public endorsement of AI Solutions or its services by the European Central Bank.

Case study
From one chatbot to a complete AI adoption programme
Medisprof Cancer Center, a private oncology clinic in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, started with a chatbot for patient questions. It went on to an AI education programme for staff, an internal AI usage policy, one-to-one mentoring, and custom solutions built on the clinic's own processes. Training participants report saving between 1 and 8 hours per week, but also unlocking business value by using AI for new tasks, improved quality and less errors.
