- What do the AI education programmes cover?
- Six directions: AI fluency & Prompt Engineering for any team, field-specific programmes (legal, medical, research), AI-Assisted Programming for technical teams, and full custom programmes built from scratch on your organisation’s processes. All of them work on participants’ real tasks.
- How long does a programme take?
- Depending on the programme and the team, from a few sessions to a few weeks. Our data shows participants reach autonomous AI use in daily tasks within 2 to 4 weeks of starting.
- How is the curriculum personalised by role?
- We start from the discovery conversation and each department’s concrete tasks. Examples, exercises and homework come from participants’ actual work.
- What prior knowledge do participants need?
- None for AI fluency. Basic use of an AI tool helps for the field-specific programmes. AI-Assisted Programming is for technical teams.
- Is there support after the training?
- Yes. We measure adoption with a follow-up survey one month after the programme and stay available for questions about applying what was learned.
- Is it suitable for public institutions?
- Yes. We have delivered programmes for a regional development agency in Romania, for public universities, and for experts at the European Central Bank. Public-sector specifics, including confidentiality and the legal framework, are part of the content.
- Can we start with a free assessment?
- Yes. The first step is always a 30 to 60 minute conversation with no obligation. You leave with concrete recommendations even if we do not work together.
- How do you measure the programme’s impact?
- With a 4-level impact report: Reaction (how the team perceived the programme), Learning (which skills changed), Behaviour (what the team does differently one month later) and Results (real impact at work, including the return-on-investment calculation). The figures on this page come from those measurements.
